Crispy Onion & Honey Mustard Chicken with Smashed Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli, Orzo, & Caprese Salad

Tonight's supper club featured lots of recipes! Kristin made chicken tenders, orzo, smashed potatoes, and broccoli. Sydney made a new dip for appetizer along with a caprese salad.



Bryan's That Red Sauce Dip

  • 16oz sour cream
  • 1/2 jar HEB  "That Red Sauce"
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese
Mix together and serve with tortilla chips.


Crispy Onion & Honey Mustard Chicken 


Recipe from Six Sisters' Stuff

Smashed Potatoes 


  • 1 package of baby potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion soup mix package
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
 preheat oven to 375. In a bowl mix potatoes with the following ingredients to coat them evenly. Spread potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet and cover with foil.  Bake; stirring occasionally until cooked through and a fork can be easily inserted to the center. Remove form oven and smash the potatoes. Return potatoes to the oven uncovered and broil until crispy. Once one side is done, flip the potatoes to crisp the other side. Watch them carefully while broiling so they don't burn.

 Orzo


Caprese Salad

  • tomatoes
  • fresh mozzarella
  • pesto
  • balsamic glaze  
  • fresh basil cut into chiffonade
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella. Arrange on a plate alternating layers of tomato and mozzarella. Drizzle with pesto and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
