Stuffed Pork Tenderloin, Cauliflower Mash, & Brown Sugar Pound Cake

Lauren made stuffed pork tenderloin, mashed cauliflower, steamed green beans, and brown sugar pound cake for dessert.


Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Here is an easy video that shows you how to prepare the meat:
I stuffed the tenderloin with spinach, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella. 
then I coated the stuffed tenderloin with Italian dressing and baked it at 350 for 30 min


Mashed Cauliflower 

I added a few russet potatoes to the recipe to thicken it up and give it a mashed potato texture
