Chicken Spaghetti & Spinach Salad

Dinner by Sydney

Chicken Spaghetti 

  • 1 package of spaghetti
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 lb velveeta grated and divided

Fill a stock pot with water and put on the stove to boil
Meanwhile, chop vegetables, and sauté 
Cook pasta according to package directions
Drain pasta and return to pot
Stir in half of the velveeta, Sautéed vegetables, and remaining ingredients
Pour pasta into a 9x13inch baking dish
Top with remaining cheese
Bake at 350 for 30 min

Spinach Salad

  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
  • 4 pieces of cooked bacon chopped
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Marzetti spinach salad dressing
Toss together & enjoy!
