Stuffed Chickens, Sauteed Mushrooms, Butternut Squash with Sage, & Sydney's Salad

Stuffed Chickens

The stuffed chickens were purchased at Hebert's
We had crawfish dressing, alligator dressing, and twice baked potato stuffings.

Butternut Squash with Sage

Recipe from Martha Stewart

Sydney's Salad

1 bag salad of choice
1/2 red onion sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
4oz crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup cracked pepper vinaigrette
1/2 cup candied pecans, crushed

Place ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Serve & enjoy!
