Pork Tenderloin, Smashed Potatoes, Corn Casserole, & Parmesan-Panko Green Chili Dip

 Parmesan-Panko Green Chili Dip


  Recipe from Kraft

Pork Tenderloin

Rub pork tenderloin with 
  • ground mustard
  • herbs
  • garlic
  • lemon pepper
  • pepper
  • sea salt
Let sit in refrigerator for at least 9 hours. Once the meat is ready, cook on the grill until the internal temerature is 145°

Smashed Potatoes

Recipe from Good Housekeeping

Corn Casserole

  •  1 box of Jiffy puff mix
  • 1 stick of butter melted
  • 1 can of whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream of corn
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 egg
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x9 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 min or until golden brown
