Marinade Recipe

• 1 cup soy sauce
• 1 cup beer
• splash of bourbon
• 1/2 cup maple syrup
• 12 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 Tablespoons fresh grated ginger
• 2 teaspoons mustard powder
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
• brown sugar to taste

Mix all ingredients together and gradually add brown sugar to cut acidity and balance it out
