Chili Cornbread Casserole & Broccoli Salad

Chili Cornbread Casserole

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 jar Cookwell & Company 2 step chili mix
  • 8 oz Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 package Central Market Honey Cornbead Mix
  1. Brown the ground beef and drain.
  2. Stir in the chili mix and pour into a casserole dish
  3. Make cornbread  mix according to package instructions and stir in cheese
  4. Pour cornbread & cheese mixture evenly over the chili
  5. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes
 



  Broccoli Salad

  •  1 bag chopped broccoli slaw
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonase
  • 1/4 cup bacon jam
Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least one hour before serving.
