Chili Cornbread Casserole
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 jar Cookwell & Company 2 step chili mix
- 8 oz Mexican cheese blend
- 1 package Central Market Honey Cornbead Mix
- Brown the ground beef and drain.
- Stir in the chili mix and pour into a casserole dish
- Make cornbread mix according to package instructions and stir in cheese
- Pour cornbread & cheese mixture evenly over the chili
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes
Broccoli Salad
- 1 bag chopped broccoli slaw
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonase
- 1/4 cup bacon jam
